Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping 

We are UK based and ship worldwide using Royal Mail, below are our rates:

UK - £2.99

Europe/North America/Rest of World - £8.50/£9.00/£9.00.

All UK orders are sent via 1st class signed for and usually arrive 1-2 days after shipping.

All international orders are tracked and have to be signed for. Due to these unprecedented times, international orders will arrive between 7-14 business days from the time of shipment.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include bank holidays or major holidays.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, we are happy to amend any mistakes if you let us know before your items are dispatched. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

All international orders will receive a tracking number, please use this to get updates once you've had notification of your order dispatched. Unfortunately we have no control over parcels once we have dispatched and cannot accept liability over delayed/lost/stolen parcels.

Returns

We do not cover the shipping costs for any returns, if you wish to return please send us an email and we will advise the forwarding address.

Earrings can not be returned to health and hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty. 

All other pieces are eligible for a return, but this must be requested within a week of receiving. If you are returning an order email hello@saintkojo.com to notify us about your return request within this period. If a request is not lodged within 7 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days of your item being received.
